The olives are harvested from the olive trees along the course of the Argentario Golf Club, which has the BioAgriCert certification for the management of green areas with eco-compatible techniques. Superior olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
- 1 jar of cabbage soup (350 gr). Cabbage soup with ingredients from organic farming. Composed of water, green cabbage, savoy cabbage, broccoli, white onion, chicory, black cabbage, tomato concentrate, extra virgin olive oil, salt, chilli pepper. Allergens: may contain traces of WHEAT (SPELT).
