The olives are harvested from the olive trees along the course of the Argentario Golf Club, which has the BioAgriCert certification for the management of green areas with eco-compatible techniques. Superior olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
- 1 jar of wild boar ragù (290 gr). The wild boar ragù is gastronomic product that recalls Maremma Tuscany. Composed of wild boar meat (60.3%) of Tuscan origin, vegetable broth, seasoned bacon, pork ‘coppa’, extra virgin olive oil, white wine (sulphites), onions, celery, carrots, garlic, salt, pepper black, chili pepper, bay leaf, rosemary, sage, thyme.
