Pastry Chef Filippo De Bernardi and Executive Chef Emiliano Lombardelli personally select all the ingredients to prepare this special Easter dessert.

Ours is an artisan reality where the hand of the master pastry chef is essential. We see the imperfection of craftsmanship as an added value rather than a defect!
