Our Colomba is prepared only and exclusively with natural yeast! The Colomba is Italy's traditional Easter Cake.

Pastry Chef Marco Selis and Executive Chef Emiliano Lombardelli personally select all the ingredients to prepare this special Easter dessert.

Ours is an artisan reality where the hand of the master pastry chef is essential. We see the imperfection of craftsmanship as an added value rather than a defect! Careful and vigilant hands take care of every step in preparing this fantastic product. A challenging and tiring job but full of love and passion, which you will find inside our Colomba!

The handmade Colomba of the Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort is fluffy and soft, with an intense and persistent aroma.

We have three types of Colomba in 750 g formats:

  • Candied orange and candied cherries
  • Dark chocolate and candied orange
  • Limited Edition: organic lemon and thyme from our vegetable garden
